Cancelling a club registration
We hope you will not knowingly sign up for one of our programming clubs "just in case". The cancellation process is quite difficult for the university's financial services.
If you have accidentally registered for the wrong club, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not sign up again to a different club. It is easy for us to transfer your registration to the club of your choice (if there is still space available). Cancelling an erroneous registration altogether is a much more difficult process.
If you are unsure whether you would like to sign up, please likewise send us an email to email@example.com before signing up. We may be able to reserve you a spot in the club for a while.
Registration to a club can be cancelled at the latest a week before the club begins. I case of illness or some other pressing reason, the registration can be cancelled even later, but in that case we will refund only the sum corresponding to the remaining club meetings.
In any case we will hold back a sum of around 5€, which corresponds to the processing fee withheld by the event registration service Lyyti.
