Cancelling a club registration

Registration to a club can be cancelled at the latest a week before the club begins. We will refund you the sum paid, minus a handling fee of 20€. In case of illness or some other pressing matter, the registration can be cancelled even later, but in that case we will refund only the sum corresponding to the remaining club meetings, minus the handling fee.

The club fee is paid during the registration process. By paying the club fee you accept the terms of cancellation. The fee can be paid either with a credit card, via mobile payment (MobilePay, Siirto) or through an online banking service from a Finnish bank. The payment is handled by the Verifone Finland Oy BlueCommerce service.

• Order number (from the order confirmation email which you received when you paid the club fee)

• Reason for cancellation (voluntary, but we very much appreciate you telling us what went wrong):
